This is fabulous, the primary colours make a real statement against the neutral background. You could even get the kids to build it for you!
I have the world’s largest collection of vintage china (well it’s quite large!) and I’m always looking for new ways to display it. I would have these on the counter top, though and not hidden away in a drawer.
This is so pretty and if you didn’t want all your toiletries literally “on display” you could line the baskets with paper doilies.
A wonderful idea for a teenager’s bedroom, much better than the childish primary coloured boxes.
Wouldn’t kids just love this? And it would encourage them to tidy up by wheeling it around. These are not common in the UK but my sister had one when she lived in Holland, people used them to transport their “stuff” to the beach. I always thought they were a fantastic idea!
A rustic ladder would make a real statement in a contemporary setting and it’s good to have a place where you can just put “stuff”!
You can pick up “orphaned” drawers at the tip/recycling plant and they look great in a kids bedroom.
This shopping tote is very “industrial” looking and could hold toilet rolls instead of magazines.
These Ikea spice racks can be painted in a colour to suit your room and provide kids with easy access to books and toys. An inexpensive storage solution!
A glass fronted china cabinet makes a beautiful storage chest, use it for bed or table linen which you would like to have on display.
