Spring into April! The days are getting longer and the weather is getting warmer, don’t you just love the colours of the tulips above? So vibrant, makes me want to get all my summer clothes out and ditch the black and navy!
Too much chocolate! I do this every year, I don’t really receive any eggs, “don’t buy me one!” I’ll say and then I just eat everybody elses! So how to shift those chocolate pounds? I think I might have to restart the 5:2 diet, it worked quite well for me last time but I seem to have got out of the habit. There are now even some support groups on Facebook!
