Weights and Measures Conversion

 

 Most recipes now use the Metric system of weighing and measurement (ie grammes and litres). However, you may come across recipes still using the old Imperial system (pounds and ounces) and this method is used in America so a lot of recipes posted online will be Imperial. The American system also tends to use cup measurements, so they are included here too.
